Implementation + printing
 
No matter what the process – digital, gravure, flexo or offset – everything has to be perfectly prepared for printing. Along with a digital proof system (GMG standard) and an EAN code system (REA Aldi specification), Tristyle has whatever the best possible prepress requires. Each year, our Lithography Department prepares hundreds of designs of top webs, labels and cardboard packages. Because we constantly archive data as it is updated, we can make changes at short notice. Upon request, we will provide support for final print approval, and in special cases even take care of it ourselves. For years, our customers have known they can count on our professionalism and high standards when it comes to final drawings and lithography for food packaging designs.
 
 
Design is not art for art’s sake
 
The first step in designing a package is to get acquainted with the facts. Format sketches are an important basis, and our designers always keep costs and schedules in mind. Our drafts give as much thought to printing methods, number of colors, ink coverage calculations and material optimization as they do to coming up with just the right design for the specific target group. Tristyle has its own in-house digital food studio so designers and photographers can work together to create a design quickly and directly. Then the finished draft can be sent directly to your screen as a PDF, or directly into your hands as a color-proof printout. Furthermore, Tristyle will take the food packages you submit and make digitally printed models (“diquital” dummy packages) from them for presentation to the trade, and will do so on orders as low as 10 or more. Another new idea is to present the package in impressive hyper-realistic design. A variety of package designs are available as models to be combined with your new packaging designs.
